Keith’s commitment to providing exemplary service both to Alliance Relocation Services and its customers is just one of the many reasons why he is this month's technician of the month. Keith is always there to answer a service call, just last month he came to our rescue covering a job in downtown Manhattan when the tech originally scheduled to complete it could not get to the shipper's residence at the last minute. Not only did Keith drop everything to get into the city, he did such a good job that the customer asked him to return to complete more services. This is just one of the many times Keith has gone above and beyond the call of duty, and gotten the job done.
